 It's so hirap talaga to study in UP, the University of the Poor. You know, I never wanted to study here. But my parents kasi, they both went to UP and they said na it was the best school talaga. Eh 'di I went. But no! When I got here, Holy horrors!

 I was ready to make himatay after the first day palang. Would you believe, there's no aircon na nga in the classrooms, the fan doesn't work pa. And then this guy who was like, wearing a sando, shorts and tsinelas lang made tabi next to me. He made pakilala pa! The nerve! So I made takbo to the CR to make tago. But I couldn't make hugas my hands that were so pawis from escaping such a near-death experience. There was no liquid soap! Not even a couch where I could sit to make kikay.

 Do you feel my pain na ba? But wait, there's more. Last Thursday kasi Daddy's Volvo was bawal, eh the Eclipse was being repaired, so I had to make sakay with my yaya in the Ikot jeep. It was so siksik! I could like, smell the putok of the girl next to me. Like, it was sobrang mabaho talaga. kasi naman, the Ikot jeeps are old na nga, they're mainit pa! Sana they make palit na the jeeps with a shuttle system. Okey lang naman even if there's an increase in pamasahe di ba? So when the car is bawal, I can use my credit card na to make bayad.

 Isa pa, you know the Shopping Center? It's so kadiri talaga. I'm forced na nga to make Xerox there, (as if naman I would be caught in that place otherwise) pero I'm so inis because it's so madilim and maliit, and most of the stalls don't have aircon. They should tear it down na and build a mall na lang. Then I wouldn't have to go t o Katipunan pa to get my Starbucks fix.

 My gosh, this place is so bulok I don't know nga why anyone would bother making turo here pa. Just yesterday, my professor was kinda inis kasi her whiteboard marker had no more tinta! Then she tried to make hanap a matino whiteboard marker but of course there was none. Duh! Kasi naman if we had laptops instead of desks in every classroom there would be no more need for whiteboards di ba? But you know even if there were laptops na, the seats are so tigas sometimes I find it mahirap to concentrate. Dapat may cushioning para malambot sa butt, like Downy.

 Now I'm in my fourth year na. I don't want to stay in this place anymore. I don't give a paki if UP's the best university here. I'm going to transfer to La Salle, where the CRs have liquid soap. Now na.

hehe comic relief. i've had it with mimicking these species. hahaha. baaaaaaanguage na daw yan sabi ni paolo. haha. nakakatuwa naman sila kaya ayos lang. the long overdue entry

i was supposed to post an entry last week but UNFORTUNATELY, i wasn't able to find much time for my tabulas (haha) so anyway...

last monday, we went to taft (lasalle taft, mind you)... NO, not to transfer there as per my previous entry (hey, i only got that from an email, i did NOT personally write that, hello.) - but to visit vincent. hahaha okay, not really visit him na wala lang, but to show him our brand new mp4 player! yipee! have you seen it? only for Php3k.. go and buy it na i'll post the pictures later (including other pics i shall mention further in the entry.) anyway, going back to our "taft experience", mayee and i went to mcdo taft to meet up with vincent, and jax, and as it turns out, dan and johann as well. we had a cs11 class at 2:30pm that day so we were planning just to stay a while (para lang talaga sa player) BUT surprise, surprise! we cut class, with dan and johann who had algebra that afternoon, to play... DOTA. yes, i know how to play dota, i learned how to play dota that day. i am a self-confessed addict. bone clinx pare.

moving on, i took my english 1 final exam last friday, my math17 last saturday, and my cs11 just a little while ago (ay, kahapon pa pala un, dahil 1am na.) well, the first and last proved to be relatively easy while the one-that-must-not-be-mentioned really sucked. the word that best described me that day was "apathetic". indifferent... lethargic... dispirited. as if my whole life was sucked by my blue book. gawd. well, atleast i survived. i'm still alive - despite the fact that i'm sure that i failed that exam and i might have to take the removal exams. oh well, sana makapasa nalang. hay. pray for me.

we still have a hands on exam in cs 11 which is to be done at home - to be given through email and to be passed through email. ang saya no? yan ang prof naming head ng crs team. haha. (i'm trying to sound as unsarcastic as possible.)

i am troubled. ano title nung bagong kanta ni jamiroquai? i burned the wrong song. kala ko kasi un na un. hehe. what the heck, mayee and i had an audiovisual shopping spree a while ago in ruins. yipee, our funds were suddenly depleting - unnoticed yan ha. funnily. haha. after buying tickets for the shuttle ride home, we realized that we had already spent almost half of our money. which was weird, kinwenta pa naman namin ng husto ung ginastos at gagastusin namin para dagdag pangruins. haha.

hmm. i hope i pass math17. i hope i get my other subjects in crs. i hope. hay. i better sleep.

...i just finished reading harry potter 6 (haha, oo, ngayon ko lang binasa) and beerlenium - i'm so hooked on the beerkada series, soooo funny. beerka dos nalang kulang ko. go lyndon gregorio! haha

mayee and i went to ruins a while ago JUST to exchange the dvd i bought last monday for a new one and the cds we burned for each other (yay, brownman revival. ...wait, is that "burned" or "burnt"? haha) supposedly BUT as it turned out, we splurged (yet again), exhausted our wallets (pronounced as exhawsted our waleys hahaha) bought three shirts, three dvds (hey, what's with the number three?), ate at jollibee (nilibre ko pa mga pinsan ko)...

my money, all gone. eh bibili pa kong k700. hahaha hay nako. un lang. hinihintay ko pa ung final hands-on exam namin sa cs11, di pa kasi pinapadala ni sir sa groups. hay, sana wala nalang para tapos na. hahahhaa ...

i am extremely happy today partly because of that, along with other reasons: my prof in cs11 decided to cancel our hands on exam - meaning, no more work for me! sembreak na talaga mga chong! haha!; i also registered in peyups.com (okay, so maybe that didn't really make me happy since i'm quite frustrated about that - they haven't sent my password to my email yet so i can't log in. dammit); i got my DOTtk domain name for easier access to my blog whose long and tricky address confuses all ("ano, shinomori ano? spell mo nga!" ...funnily, a guy misread "shinomori" as "shinomon" ... okay, so maybe that was partly caused by my faulty handwriting. hahaha. sounds awfully like cinnamon.); i also got a shorter email ad also to avoid mistakes with my email addy (na kasing gulo at haba nitong site name ko); i have a brand NEW, spankin' layout (kahit na si sanzo ulit, astig parin!... nawasak ko kasi ung dating background pic, pinaglaruan ko, nadistort, binago ko.); AND i got most of my subjects in crs, kulang nalang ako ng PE at MST (dammit, any suggestions?).

oh, and by the way, i just got firefoxed. get your own mozilla firefox here. NOW. hehe. definitely more efficient than ie (internet explorer) by far more than a feature. it's very proficient, with the use of tabs and stuff... (read: you can open more than one site in one window, how cool is that?)... so get your own mozilla firefox before it's too late - or atleast before your ie crashes again.

ah, we watched corpse bride a while ago. i passed up a photo op with my hubby champ to watch that movie. hahahaha worth it nonetheless, very nice and amusing. exceedingly entertaining. kaya manood na kayo. tas nood tayong 40 year old virgin. hahaha.

i've been recently addicted (and in love) with the Mozilla Firefox Browser. Why?

Well, for one thing, i've been hearing about it in the DCS Network since they're promoting it but i never really took the time to check it out - until a few weeks back. My IE has really been sucking in the past few weeks - illegal operation, not responding, and the like. So I opted to change browsers - and that's when i met firefox.

The not so new yet improved Firefox browser is one of the coolest browsers around. Alongside Camino and Opera, Firefox is THE browser to take over IE. Not only does it block annoying pop-ups with its built-in pop-up blocker, it also enables tabbed browsing! You can view multiple pages in just one window! Now how cool is that? Very easy to install and manage, it takes only several minutes to download over a slow connection (like mine) and probably only seconds in DSL. Plus, you can easily import your bookmarks, favorites, and other settings & info from your IE to Firefox for easy shifting. It is also very stable and dependable - not prone to illegal operations and crashes like your IE.

Now who said Internet Explorer is the only browser around? What are you waiting for? Switch now!

the DOTtk conspiracy

i recently availed of the free domain name from DOT.tk - i've been thinking about that for a time now, considering all my web addresses are very long and difficult to comprehend (read: shinomori_misao8@y... http://tabulas.com/~shinomori_misao8) hehehe. so there, i finally decided to get one. also since other people have availed of it (our website - avail.tk, tenten - icepink.tk, paolo - paoloc.tk)... so i think getting a shorter and more accessible addy will be quite helpful BUT much to my surprise and disappointment, i found out that it wasn't so free OR helpful at all.

for days now, my whole family has been sleuthing this "culprit" who called 699040-something last september 25th which turned out to be an international call. they were already holding guilty my 6-year old cousin for doing it since she's always playing with the phone and calling her friends (if not boyfriend - gawd, naunahan pa ko). but since she seems innocent of the crime, they again called PLDT about it, assuming that maybe it was a mischarge and that we really didn't make the call... BUT the PLDT guy told my mom that the number was actually an international ISP number connecting you to ToKelau - some island in the Pacific. And that's when it hit me - I AM THE CULPRIT. I've been visiting my friends' DOT.tk sites and as i remember when i signed up for the "free" domain name that they were talking of this place called "Tokelau" - a place they wanted to make known. hell, did they make it known especially in our family (haha). i can't remember how much it cost.. i think it was around Php30-40 per minute (which really sucks since i think i spent a LOT of minutes - if not hours - this month. patay nanaman ako.)

Truly, i have been a victim of an internet conspiracy. i am innocent (though proven guilty. hahahaha) since i didn't know a thing about it. i didn't know visiting those sites costs a lot (or costs a cent, even). Hidden charges - that's what they call it. the PLDT guy said he's been a victim of that once when he visited an adult site (haha buking ka, gago. ...close?)

the weird thing is, it's not just now that i started visiting DOT.tk sites, because as i said, i know people who has such sites - so why just charge now? hay, nothing we can do now. what's done is done. let's just be more careful next time.

moral lesson: READ THE TERMS OF CONDITION/AGREEMENT. There might be some things hidden in there you have never dreamed of. (oooh, melodramatic)

i'm currently walking and balancing dangerously on a thin rope laid as a bridge over a river waiting to swallow me up. my emotions are toying with me again. i am so confused. why must something so old be brought up again? i can't possibly... it's not right. and it's just not possible, right? maybe this is just another one of my phases, maybe this was just brought about by my reading of love stories in peyups.com - got into senti mode way too much.

i just came home from tere's house, we had a movie marathon and an uncalled for "session". hahaha. (ano yan, pot session?) anyway, gia and i did not have any plans to get drunk so we just settled for a mudshake, which really tasted good, while moreen and theresa opted to go for red horse beers and a san mig light (oo, hindi lang isa, beerS. tsktsk, mga tomadora.)
